PRIMARY RESPONSIBLILITES:
• Support sales objectives with timely delivery of service orders and management of internal and external implementation processes
• Input and maintain customer orders using provisioning systems/processes
• Coordinate with the engineering and operations groups to ensure proper documentation of Bluebird Network’s services (ASR’s, FOC’s, DLR’s, LOA’s, Activation Notifications, etc.) and timely completion of orders for customer acceptance testing
• Submit and track orders to 3rd party network providers, as required
• Act as customer liaison throughout the post sales process
• Work with finance department to track and approve cost of goods sold for all 3rd party orders
• Provide support for customer appreciation events and other marketing events
• Other tasks as may be needed from time to time
