Eaton Aerospace is hiring a Vice President of Supply Chain. This role will be the Head of IBP&E (Integrated Business Planning & Execution) and is responsible for integrating business planning and execution processes across three core areas, ensuring alignment from long-term strategic planning through to operational execution.

Key Pillars
1. SIOP (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning)
• Lead the deployment of a robust medium- to long-term planning process across the business
• Ensure all five steps of SIOP are effectively executed to provide accurate demand and supply visibility
• Enable proactive capacity planning to support future growth
• Drive inventory optimization strategies across the organization
2. End-to-End (E2E) Planning & Execution Across Value Streams
• Establish network-based value streams and associated planning organizations
• Ensure seamless integration across planning horizons—from SIOP to network planning to operations
• Drive alignment and effective interfaces across all planning and execution functions
3. Center of Excellence (CoE) Model
• Build and develop a CoE structure supporting operational procurement, material planning, and order management
• Standardize and optimize processes to support end-to-end network performance
Role Accountability
• Own and drive E2E performance across value streams, including key metrics such as service levels, inventory, and delivery
• Deliver a consensus business plan that serves as the primary input into the financial forecast for the region

The expected annual salary range for this role is $203000 - $297000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. What you’ll do:

• Build and lead the IBP&E organization, including SIOP, Network Planning, and CoE teams
• Own E2E performance metrics across short-, medium-, and long-term horizons
• Ensure robust long-term forecasting to support capacity planning while maintaining strong focus on short-term execution to maximize sales and profitability
• Establish a disciplined cadence of reviews supported by standardized reporting and strong analytical problem-solving
• Utilize planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis) to model, approve, and escalate scenarios that optimize business outcomes
• Define clear decision rights supported by KPIs that drive accountability and desired behaviors
• Deliver a unified consensus plan across demand, supply, and inventory, and support financial forecasting by articulating key assumptions and performance drivers
• Act as a change leader to drive enterprise-wide adoption of IBP&E as the single planning framework
• Coach and develop cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Finance, Product Management, and Supply Chain
• Partner with corporate and sector teams to enhance planning capabilities, including automation and digital tool deployment
• Monitor IBP&E effectiveness through KPIs, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Identify benchmarking and improvement opportunities to enhance service levels while optimizing inventory investment

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in supply chain management
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience managing people and teams
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship
• Must meet U.S. export control compliance requirements (e.g., ITAR/EAR eligibility)
Preferred Qualifications
• MBA or other advanced degree
• Experience in the aerospace or defense industry
• Experience with advanced supply chain planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis RapidResponse)
