Eaton is seeking a Project Manager, Finance Transformation to join our team at the North America Headquarters in Beachwood, OH. In this role, you will lead strategic, high‑impact initiatives that support Eaton’s global finance transformation agenda. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams, finance leadership, and global stakeholders to deliver complex projects that enhance processes, strengthen systems, and advance operational excellence across the finance organization.

The expected annual salary range for this role is $113000 - $165000 a year.

What you’ll do:

What will you do?
You will lead large strategic projects and global finance transformation initiatives, managing programs through waterfall, agile, and hybrid methodologies using tools like ProPM, Microsoft Project, and Jira. You will execute projects using standard project management deliverables—charters, plans, status updates, risk/issue logs, testing plans, cutover plans, and lessons learned—to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, high‑quality outcomes.
You will develop and deliver clear communication strategies for stakeholders, global finance teams, and executives. You will define project roles, align global resources, and proactively manage project risks and issues by researching solutions and supporting process and system design.
You will establish and track key metrics, champion scorecard measures, and collaborate with other project managers to share and standardize best practices. You will create and manage project budgets, report financial performance, and maintain security and data integrity across supported financial systems.
Additionally, you will help develop project management playbooks, processes, and methodologies, while coordinating globally to drive standardization of systems and processes.

Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Microsoft Office tools—including Excel, PowerPoint, and Project—will allow you to manage tasks, track progress, and deliver clear, data driven reporting. The role also requires the flexibility to travel up to 10% as needed.

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications
• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Minimum 4 years of strong, proven project management experience
• No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH to be considered.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Preferred Qualifications
Strongly preferred: Project manager with financial systems experience – ideally with background in accounting, information systems, finance, or shared services
• Demonstrated ability to apply cross functional expertise to lead complex projects, coordinate stakeholders, and advance process improvements.
• PMP/Lean Six Sigma Experience.
• Oracle and/or SAP Financial Systems experience.
• Experience in quality initiatives, value stream mapping.
