Founded in 1947 by Monsignor William Newton, Elyria Catholic High School has been shaping the next generation of saints and leaders for over 75 years. As the only Catholic high school in Lorain County, we take pride in being a close-knit, faith-filled community where students are known, challenged, and supported. With 530 students in grades nine through twelve, we provide a personalized education that nurtures both mind and heart. Thanks to innovative teaching tools and ongoing professional development for our faculty, we’re equipping students with the knowledge, skills, and faith to make a difference.
