As a Workday HCM Security Lead, you will:
- Drive and oversee all security aspects of a cross-functional Workday ERP implementation
- Lead and design end-to-end security model setup for Workday FIN and HCM modules
- Guide project teams and client stakeholders through security requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing phases
- Define, implement, and manage Workday security groups, roles, and access policies
- Ensure all security processes align with audit, regulatory, and compliance requirements
- Assess and manage security impacts resulting from changes, enhancements, or integrations in the Workday platform
- Serve as the go-to expert for security-related issues, incidents, and escalations throughout the engagement

Qualifications
Required:
- 5+ years in enterprise application security, with 3+ years directly working with Workday ERP implementations
- Experience with two full-cycle engagements, specifically as a hands-on Workday Security Lead for both FIN and HCM
- Actively Workday Security or Workday Pro Certified
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future
- Ability to travel up to 30-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- Bachelor's Degree
Preferred:
- Prior experience supporting Workday implementations for a higher education client
