Base Pay Range

$81,000-$90,000

As a Program Manager, Accessory and Ports, your essential job functions will include the following:

Communication

  • Review/Approve Dealer communications posted to OEM website.
  • Drive exceptional external/internal customer service that involves timely issue resolution.
  • Work with OEM/Dealer Tire teams on program promotional activities, program enhancements, results, Dealer communication, etc.
  • Serve as internal communication point person to deliver consistent, appropriate messaging.
  • Develop and lead new program element webinars (or conference calls) and weekly OEM status calls to review all activity including current/future initiatives.
  • Support OEM/Dealer Tire teams on program promotional activities, program enhancements, results, dealer communication, etc.

Project Management

  • Invoke a project management methodology to manage the program/promotion conception, design and implementation.
  • Build relationships with OEM vendors/partners to ensure cross-program integration as needed.
  • Serve as initial point of contact for issue resolution. Work with appropriate groups within Dealer Tire and OEM to ensure that issue is resolved in timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities for program enhancements.

Technical Fitment & Product Validation

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders on evaluating and communicating key fitment data for accessory products.
  • Manage, monitor, and validate tire, wheel, and accessory fitment information to ensure accuracy across all OEM programs, assemblies, and project initiatives.
  • Analyze opportunity and project-specific requirements to provide informed tire and wheel recommendations aligned with performance targets, engineering constraints, and OEM guidelines.
  • Maintain process for identifying fitment discrepancies, coordinating corrections, and confirming final approval with OEM engineering and internal teams.
  • Support new product development and assembly initiatives by interpreting fitment specifications, requirements, and compatibility criteria.

Business Strategy Analysis

  • Key OEM contact for marketing, inventory, invoicing and performance analysis.
  • Participate in forecasting discussions, and internal initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders on increasing efficiency with assembly system processes.
  • Partner with General and Program Managers to monitor OEM relationships, performance and business opportunities.
  • Provide analytics that help determine the progress/success of OEM programs.
  • Analyze the data to ensure new business initiatives align with Dealer Tire’s Strategic Plan.
  • Provide/visualize tire/accessory program performance analytics to OEM teams.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to analyze overall product performance/profitability.

Sales & Marketing Support

  • Participate in Sales and Marketing planning meetings with OEMs and internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for providing data for promotional program business case development.
  • Work with Marketing/Merchandising on material creation, implementation support and development of product information for digital marketing.
  • Coordinate pricing updates and new program additions with internal teams.
  • Maintain OEM Assembly Fitment Data.
  • Coordinate manual sales order entry, follow-up and communication.
  • Image and web content administration/maintenance; manage web alerts for assemblies.
  • Sell sheet creation and internal/external communication.

Position Requirements

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Requires BS/BA, preferably in Business, Inventory Management or related field.
  • Experience working with National/Regional OEMs and MFG preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience leading external/internal calls and launching new projects/enhancements.
  • Knowledge of Dealer Tire OEM programs preferred.
  • Knowledge of tire, wheel, accessory product fitment requirements and OEM approval process preferred.
  • Proven knowledge of business intelligence is preferred.
  • Foundational Microsoft Office product knowledge required.
  • Demonstrated detail orientation and organizational skills required to ensure prompt follow-up with both external (OEM) and internal customers.
  • Proven professional, effective written and oral communication skills.
