SUMMARY Module 3: Group Exercising Leads dynamic group fitness classes with a focus on HIIT, circuit training, boot camp, step aerobics, line dance aerobics, and Pilates promoting cardiovascular health, coordination, and community connection. Designs high-energy workouts tailored to a range of fitness levels, delivered both in-person and virtually. Prioritizes safe and effective instruction by emphasizing proper technique, appropriate pacing, and ongoing participant motivation. Must hold current certifications in one of the following: Pilates Balanced Body, NPCP STOTT, or BASI (Body Arts and Science International) ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provides instruction to students and community members. Develops and presents the department with a curriculum that provides students with a full experience and is structured to accommodate all fitness levels. Sets up in preparation for and cleans up after each class. Performs other duties as assigned.
