About the Opportunity

Cushman & Wakefield | CRESCO Real Estate is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate to join the Rico Pietro Team in Northeast Ohio. This role is ideal for a motivated professional looking to build a long-term career in commercial real estate while working alongside one of the region's most active brokerage teams.

This position offers a unique opportunity to learn the business through a hands-on, apprenticeship-style approach, gaining exposure to high-profile projects, commercial transactions, client relationships, and brokerage operations. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced industry professionals while developing the skills needed to grow within the organization.

What You'll Do

• Support leasing and sales transactions across a variety of commercial real estate asset types
• Manage and maintain client relationships throughout the transaction lifecycle
• Respond to property inquiries and assist with business development initiatives
• Coordinate property tours, meetings, and client communications
• Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and marketing materials
• Conduct market research and analyze commercial real estate trends
• Support transaction due diligence and documentation processes
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and client activity
• Collaborate with brokers, operational staff, and leadership to ensure exceptional client service
• Develop expertise in the Northeast Ohio commercial real estate market

What We're Looking For

• Commercial real estate, property management, facilities management, leasing, or related industry experience preferred
• Sales or customer-facing experience with a strong focus on relationship building
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional communication and presentation skills
• Strong work ethic, accountability, and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications
• Ohio Real Estate Salesperson License preferred, or willingness to obtain within the first six months of employment

• Schedule: Full-time, on-site
• Travel: Local travel throughout Northeast Ohio
• Compensation: $75,000 base salary plus performance-based incentives
