Cleveland Clinic has multiple openings for Associate Staff in the Anesthesiology Institute in Cleveland, OH. The position will administer spinal, moderate, and general anesthetic to adult and pediatric patients, determine the type, quality, and surgical risk of anesthetic; document anesthetic administered; position patient on operating table; establish remedial measures to counteract adverse reactions and complications; discuss findings with medical practitioners; and provide guidance to staff concerning clinical research, protocol development, statistical approaches, database management and manuscript preparation. Variable shifts with day, night, and weekend coverage. On call, as needed. Position requires a MD, DO, or foreign equivalent as determined by a credentials evaluation or as evidenced by an ECFMG certificate; completion of a four (4) year residency in anesthesiology; one (1) year fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology; and eligibility for medical licensure
