Position Summary: CHN Real Estate Services is a growing brokerage and an arm of CHN Housing Partners. Reporting to the principal broker, this individual will coordinate real estate transactions, maintain records to ensure compliance, manage real estate listings, handle daily operations and customer service, route and track commission requests, and assist in all aspects of realtor onboarding and document retention. We are seeking a highly organized candidate with knowledge of the residential real estate market in Ohio. In addition to working with the brokerage’s agents, this position requires working across internal CHN teams such as finance, lending, marketing/communications and legal/compliance, as well as external partners such as sister nonprofits and housing organizations. The rate of pay for this position is $51,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience (paid at an hourly rate, FLSA Non-Exempt) Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
