Position Summary: CHN Real Estate Services is a growing brokerage and an arm of CHN Housing Partners. Reporting to the principal broker, this individual will coordinate real estate transactions, maintain records to ensure compliance, manage real estate listings, handle daily operations and customer service, route and track commission requests, and assist in all aspects of realtor onboarding and document retention. We are seeking a highly organized candidate with knowledge of the residential real estate market in Ohio. In addition to working with the brokerage’s agents, this position requires working across internal CHN teams such as finance, lending, marketing/communications and legal/compliance, as well as external partners such as sister nonprofits and housing organizations.
The rate of pay for this position is $51,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience (paid at an hourly rate, FLSA Non-Exempt)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage property transaction files from "contract to close," ensure all documents are signed, filed, and compliant with state and federal regulations.
  • Update MLS listings, maintain property files, and work with CHN’s marketing/communications team to coordinate marketing materials like flyers, social media posts, etc.
  • Coordinate appointments, property showings, and final walkthroughs with clients and agents.
  • Handle daily office tasks such as answering phones, ordering supplies, and maintaining filing systems.
  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and document processing for new agents, including setting up internal system access.
  • Track agent commissions and brokerage fees.
  • Work with internal teams including Finance, Marketing/Communications, Legal/Compliance and others to ensure CHN’s financial processes, legal standards and brand guidelines are followed.
  • Provide excellent customer service to agents, buyers, sellers and external partners.
Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
Required:
Education:
  • High School Diploma required. Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, real estate or related field preferred.
Experience:
  • 2- 4 years of experience in residential real estate
Licensing:
  • Real Estate License preferred but not required
Skills:
  • Knowledge of Ohio Real Estate requirements.
  • Proficiency with real estate software such as Dotloop, Docusign, and CRM platforms such as Salesforce as well as familiarity with Ohio real estate laws.
  • Expert use of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook)
Other:
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
