MIG/TIG Welder-Fabricator
Pay, Schedule & Benefits
Earn $24.00 per hour on first shift, Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with Saturday work as scheduled. This position starts as contract-to-hire and is intended to lead to permanent employment. After direct hire, employees receive annual raises, 50% employer-paid health insurance, a 401(k) with a 3% company match, four personal days, one week of vacation after the first year, and two weeks after five years.

Join an established, family-owned custom metal fabrication shop with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Every project is different. The team designs, fabricates, and installs conveyors, mezzanines, cranes, stairways, railings, and other equipment made from structural steel and sheet metal.
Job Responsibilities
Perform MIG and TIG welding in a manufacturing environment
Read blueprints and drawings to plan layouts and complete accurate fabrication
Fit, set, cut, form, bend, and weld metal parts and structures
Produce strong, clean welds that meet project specifications
Communicate with engineers, supervisors, and other shop employees
Complete OSHA 10 safety training during the first week
Required Qualifications
At least 1–2 years of MIG/TIG welding and metal fabrication experience
Proficient blueprint and print-reading skills
Strong attention to detail and practical problem-solving ability
Able to stand, bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds
Reliable work habits and interest in a long-term opportunity
Steel-toe boots required
Pre-Employment Requirements
A drug screen and background check are required.
