Aerospace Manufacturing Associate
Avon & Avon Lake, OH | 1st Shift | Contract-to-Hire
Pay & Benefits
Start at $17/hour, with an increase to $18+/hour once hired on. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with steady 1st shift hours, overtime potential, and a path into a long-term aerospace manufacturing career.

Openings & Schedule
We are hiring 2 people in Avon and 2 people in Avon Lake.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM at Avon Lake and 6am-4:30pm - Monday-Thursday - Avon facility
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
Job Responsibilities
This hands-on manufacturing role supports aerospace parts and assemblies used in commercial, defense, medical, and satellite-related industries. Work is active, detailed, and focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.
Load and unload parts from Verson Machine
Sand, deburr, grind, and finish parts to quality standards
Pack, label, kit, and prepare finished parts for shipment
Follow work instructions and maintain a clean, safe work area
Work with supervisors and team members to meet production goals
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Strong attendance and punctuality
Willingness to work overtime when required
Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions accurately
Professional attitude with a focus on teamwork, safety, and quality
Steel toe boots or appropriate work shoes required
Pre-employment drug screen and background check required
