Now Hiring: PEM Machine Operator – Aurora, OH
Champion Personnel is hiring a PEM Operator for a growing and stable manufacturing company in Aurora, Ohio. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with competitive pay, excellent benefits upon hire, and long-term career potential.
Pay & Schedule
- $20–$22/hour
- Need 1 for each shift: Multiple shifts available:
- 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
- 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM, Monday–Thursday
- Weekend Shift:
- Friday: 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM
- Saturday & Sunday: 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and set up PEM machinery
- Load materials and operate foot pedal controls
- Upload and execute machine programs
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot basic production issues and communicate with supervisors
Requirements
- At least 1 year of machine operating experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 35 lbs
- Steel toe boots required
