? General Labor – Scrap Yard (Contract-to-Hire)
? Cleveland, OH | ? $18/hr | ? 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, M–F)
Now hiring motivated General Laborers for a busy, well-established scrap metal company! THIS IS OUTDOORS!

If you have direct metal recycling and sorting experience, we will consider a higher pay rate!
? What You’ll Do:
- Remove plastic film and stack metal products onto pallets
- Disassemble incoming materials for scrap recovery
- Sort metals by grade (good vs. scrap)
- Operate a Bobcat Skid Steerer and Sit down tow motor to move materials
- Perform general yard cleanup and assist in the mill area
- Use basic hand and power tools
? Requirements:
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs regularly
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Steel toe boots & safety glasses required
- Must be reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to stand for long periods and work overtime when needed
- Not afraid to get dirty – this is hands-on work
