Job Title: MIG Welder (Structural Steel)
Location & Hours:
Cleveland, OH (44107)
Monday–Friday | 6:30am–3:00pm
Overtime available
Pay & Benefits:

This growing structural steel manufacturer builds large wall panels used in apartment buildings, hotels, and mid-rise construction projects across the U.S. The shop is laid-back but production-driven, with a small team environment focused on quality and craftsmanship.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on light gauge and heavy structural steel
Complete flat, horizontal, and vertical in-position welds
Weld steel components together to create large structural wall panels
Follow work instructions (no blueprint reading required)
Lift materials up to 50–60 lbs as needed
Stand for the duration of the shift
Work overtime when production demands increase
You’ll spend your day in the welding area fabricating steel wall systems that are shipped directly to active construction sites. This is hands-on, production-based welding in a team-oriented shop.
Required Qualifications:
Previous MIG welding experience in a manufacturing or fabrication setting
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic and consistent attendance
Comfortable in a smaller shop environment
Ability to stand for long periods
Work Environment & Dress Code:
Jeans, T-shirt, and steel toe boots required
All other PPE provided
