Job Description

Job Title: Quality Technician (Manufacturing)
Pay & Benefits: $20–$23/hr (based on experience). Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term stability. After hire-in, you may be eligible for a strong benefits package including medical (80/20 plan), fully paid dental, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and vacation after year 1. Annual performance reviews with raise opportunities.
Hours & Location: Wickliffe, OH | Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm | 30-minute lunch
Job Responsibilities:
  • Inspect incoming materials and finished roll-formed metal products
  • Measure critical dimensions against blueprints and customer specifications
  • Use calipers, micrometers, and height gages to verify tolerances
  • Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and support reporting
  • Partner closely with engineering, production, and quality leadership to troubleshoot issues and support ISO-driven standards
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ year of quality inspection/quality technician experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Ability to read blueprints and confidently use precision measuring tools
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a production environment
  • Comfortable with computers for documentation and basic data entry
  • Able to stand for long periods and communicate clearly in English (reading/writing)
Work Environment & Hiring Process: You’ll work in a busy roll forming production setting supporting parts used across multiple industries. Dress code is jeans and a t-shirt; steel-toe boots required. Safety glasses and hearing protection are provided. Interview includes a hands-on measurement assessment. Pre-employment drug screen and background check required.
