Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $25–$29/hour, depending on experience
- Contract-to-hire with permanent hire opportunity after evaluation period

Job Responsibilities
This is a hands-on, mechanically-inclined role for someone who enjoys working on equipment and machinery in a clean, well-organized environment.

As a Machinist / Mechanical Assembler, you will:
- Assemble small to medium components of vibration testing systems
- Align, position, and fit components using hand and power tools (pliers, wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, etc.)
- Perform basic wiring of cables and connectors
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Adjust parts for proper fit and functionality
- Perform basic machining: operate drill presses, mills, and lathes
- Work to tight tolerances, selecting correct feeds and speeds
- Safely operate tow motors, lift trucks, and pallet jacks for moving materials
- Lift up to 60 lbs when needed
This role combines mechanical assembly, light machining, and equipment operation—ideal for those with a passion for hands-on mechanical work.
Required Qualifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude—especially from backgrounds like automotive, HVAC, or industrial assembly
- Ability to read and work from technical schematics
- Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Strong attendance and ability to eventually work independently
- Solid work history and reliability
- Must be fluent in English
- Able to follow safety and shop procedures
- Steel toe boots required
