Position Overview: The General Labor role is an entry level position that will introduce you to the products and processes of the company. You will begin by working on a Packaging line, placing empty containers to be filled on the line, sealing containers, and putting them on a skid. This position will lead to cross-training and growth opportunities in the Mixing area or Line Operation area. These are the first areas available as a promotion that will come with a pay increase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Production Operators with packaging product
• Load machine with empty containers, remove filled
• Help in other areas as assigned, such as shipping
• Cross train as need dictates
• Support safe transport of materials by hand and using lift equipment

Requirements:

• Able to perform repetitive heavy lifting of 50 lbs
• Hours are 5am to 3:30pm Mon-Thurs. Pay is $15.
• Previous Manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required
• Safety Compliant - 100% of the time
• Consistent Attendance
• Must have own transportation - no bus line access unfortunately
