Job Description
Our client in Cleveland 44109 is looking to hire a MIG welder. This is 1st shift! Person will be performing welds on mid to heavy gauge steel. Will also be doing some basic repairs to the various metal parts. Will be working off a set of schematics/prints. Will be operating all welding equipment related to MIG welding. Do the inspections of welds for defects etc… Max lift by hand 50 LBS.
Weld test will be performed at time of interview. Person will need to bring their own welding helmet and gloves.
Must have good attention to detail. At least 1 plus years of experience with MIG welding. Must be okay working in both hot and cold environments. Be able to work well and get along with others on the shop. Able to do some measuring. Intepret prints.
1st shift. 6am to 2:30pm Mon-Fri. OT on Saturdays at times from 6am to 12pm. Pay starts between $20-$21.
