Job Description

Press Operator – Day & Night Shift
We are currently seeking two Press Operators to join our production team in Cleveland — one Day Shift and one Night Shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals with manufacturing or printing experience who enjoy fast-paced, hands-on work and earning production incentives.
Shift Details
  • Day Shift:
    • Monday–Friday
    • 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM to start
    • Evolves into a 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM schedule after training
  • Night Shift:
    • Monday–Friday
    • 4:00 PM – Midnight
    • Option to work an additional 2–4 hours of overtime
Pay & Incentives
  • $15–$17/hour, based on experience
  • Production incentives can add an additional $4–$5/hour
Position Overview
Press Operators are responsible for running manufacturing equipment such as flexographic printing presses to produce labels. This role involves machine setup, monitoring production quality, and supporting overall workflow in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, operate, and monitor printing and press machines (flexographic, die-cutting, etc.)
  • Load raw materials and manage printed product flow
  • Perform quality checks, including ink testing and print inspections
  • Ensure products meet specifications and quality standards
  • Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on machinery
  • Support production goals in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
  • Previous manufacturing or press operation experience preferred
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
