? Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (occasional Friday overtime)

About the Role:
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse team in Middlefield. This is a physically active role involving either operating box-making machines or organizing shipments for local companies. If you’re someone who takes pride in consistent, hands-on work and wants to be part of a growing company, this is a great opportunity.
? Job Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery that manufactures cardboard boxes
- Sort, organize, and prepare boxed goods for shipment
- Label and stack boxes accurately for delivery
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Work on your feet for the duration of a 10-hour shift
✅ Requirements:
- Must be able to stand for 10 hours daily
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Must have reliable transportation to Middlefield, OH
- Must pass a drug screen prior to starting
- Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
