Now Hiring: Wiring Assemblers – 1st & 2nd Shift | Aurora, OH
Hours & Location:
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM
  • Location: Aurora, OH (multiple modern facilities within a 2-mile radius)
Pay & Benefits:
  • $20 to $22/hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:
Join a fast-growing electrical systems manufacturer as a Wiring Assembler. You will play a key role in building high-quality control panels and electronic harnesses. Daily tasks include:
  • Final assembly of wire harnesses from machine-made subassemblies
  • Assembling small parts into complete electronic systems using instructions and hand tools
  • Sorting, labeling, and packaging assemblies and components
  • Reading and following wiring diagrams and assembly schematics
  • Using sleeves, cable lacing, ties, and conduits to bind wires accurately
  • Performing visual and electronic testing using basic diagnostic tools (e.g., continuity tester)
  • Inspecting work for accuracy and compliance with specifications
  • Maintaining a clean work area and caring for tools
Required Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in wiring or electronic assembly
  • Ability to follow wiring diagrams and printed assembly procedures
  • Familiarity with electronic test tools (e.g., continuity or cable testers)
  • Experience using calipers, micrometers, or similar precision measuring tools
  • Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination
  • Visual acuity and manual dexterity to work with small components
  • Basic understanding of electricity is a plus
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to use fingers for small parts assembly
  • Able to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Visual ability to read diagrams and inspect fine details

This is a fast-paced but highly organized manufacturing setting. You’ll work in a well-lit, modern facility with specialized departments for wiring, assembly, testing, staging, and shipping.
