Now Hiring: Epoxy Coater – Multiple Shifts | Aurora, OH
Hours & Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM
- Weekend Shift:
- Friday: 2:00 PM to 2:00 AM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Paid for 40 hours while working 36
- Location: Aurora, OH
Pay & Benefits:
- $19-21 per hour, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:
As an Epoxy Coater, you'll work with a specialty coating machine to finish custom fabricated electrical enclosures. This role is ideal for someone with prior coating or spray experience who enjoys hands-on, detail-driven tasks. Key duties include:
As an Epoxy Coater, you'll work with a specialty coating machine to finish custom fabricated electrical enclosures. This role is ideal for someone with prior coating or spray experience who enjoys hands-on, detail-driven tasks. Key duties include:
- Mixing and preparing epoxy coating materials
- Operating the coating machine and loading/unloading parts
- Performing quality checks and visual inspections throughout the process
- Monitoring material flow and machine operation
- Maintaining a clean, organized workspace
- Ensuring all safety and handling procedures are followed
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months to 1 year of prior painting or coatings experience required (automotive, spray painting, industrial, etc.)
- Comfortable working with epoxy coating materials
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to follow verbal instructions and work independently
No blueprint reading, calipers, or micrometer use is required for this role.
