Hours & Location
Location: Aurora, OH (exact building assigned after hire; company has 3 local facilities)
Shifts Available:

Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
- Weekend Shift: Friday 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Lunch/Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Dress Code: Steel-toed boots, jeans, and t-shirt
Pay & Benefits
- Pay Rate: $22–$26 per hour, based on experience
- Contract-to-hire with raises after permanent hire

Job Responsibilities
The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for bending and forming metal parts using precision press brake machinery. This is a production-focused role in a busy, clean, and well-equipped fabrication shop. Duties include:
The Press Brake Operator will be responsible for bending and forming metal parts using precision press brake machinery. This is a production-focused role in a busy, clean, and well-equipped fabrication shop. Duties include:
- Operating press brake to bend various metals per job specifications
- Pulling and running programs as directed by production engineering
- Performing daily start-up, shutdown, and clean-up procedures
- Inspecting finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Cleaning, lubricating, and maintaining press brake tools and the surrounding work area
- Separating and labeling/cataloging finished parts for the next phase
- Monitoring material availability for production runs
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of press brake operation experience
- Ability to read mechanical drawings or prints
- Familiarity with calipers and basic measuring tools
- Ability to understand and modify CNC machine programs
- Comfortable with basic computer use for job logging and editing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with automated equipment
- Background in laser cutting, punch press, or similar fabrication machinery
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for entire shift
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs
- Visual acuity for machine operation and inspection tasks
Pre-employment Requirements
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen
- No felonies within the last 7 years
- Resume or application required prior to interview
