Shifts Available:
- 1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Optional “Off Work Week” Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) rotating days/weekends
Pay & Structure
- Base Pay: $18.00/hour
- Shift Premium: Additional $2.10/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
- Contract-to-hire after 90 calendar days
- 30-minute unpaid lunch (becomes paid once hired in)

Job Summary
This is a physically demanding, detail-oriented role in a high-precision aerospace production environment. As a Dip Utility team member, you will work directly with advanced mold prep and coating systems for aerospace castings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare molds for robot dipping using manual washing and setup processes
- Operate sandblasting equipment, rotary and Shell-O-Matic sanders
- Remove scrap from slurry mixes and etch tanks
- Maintain and clean the dip room, mold prep area, and ceramic storage
- Perform data entry and verify order accuracy in ERP systems
- Notify process control teams when issues arise
- Enter production data and complete paperwork accurately
- Train to relieve robot operators and foundry workers for breaks and coverage
- Become licensed to operate a tow motor (training provided)
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 12 months of stable manufacturing or industrial experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work in hot/dry conditions
- Comfortable working in confined spaces
- Capable of working up to 12-hour shifts
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex work instructions
- Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid birth certificate or passport and high school diploma on Day 1 – no exceptions
- Open to working overtime and weekends
