Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of relevant experience
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Proficient use of applicable technology
- Must be able to travel based on client and business needs
The National Marketing Specialist – B&I will play a crucial role in supporting multi-service marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless execution of industry and regional marketing efforts. This position is key to ensuring that marketing efforts are effectively implemented and aligned with broader enterprise, industry, and regional strategies.
Essential Functions and Primary Duties
- Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
- Assist in event logistics, sponsorship activations, and webinar coordination to support the broader B&I marketing strategy.
- Support the execution of multi-service campaigns
- Assist in the creation and management of marketing collateral, presentations, and reports to support go-to-market efforts.

- Facilitate communication between marketing, sales, and business development teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain self-serve marketing templates, resources, and toolkits to empower internal teams with on-demand materials.
- Train and support internal teams on using self-serve resources, reducing repetitive requests and improving efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, project management, or campaign execution (B2B marketing experience preferred).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating across marketing, sales, and business development teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track, analyze, and report on campaign performance.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across teams and drive alignment.
- Knowledge of content marketing, digital marketing, and campaign execution is a plus.
