The Head Varsity Baseball Coach is responsible for leading and overseeing all aspects of the Saint John School varsity baseball program. This includes developing student-athletes both on and off the field, planning and conducting practices, fostering sportsmanship and teamwork, maintaining effective communication with players and families, and promoting a culture of excellence that reflects the mission and values of Saint John School. The coach is expected to provide strong leadership, mentor assistant coaches, ensure compliance with school and league policies, and represent the school with integrity and professionalism.
