Position Overview: We are currently seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Embalmer. The Embalmer will be responsible for providing exceptional service to client families by preparing the deceased with care and respect.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform embalming and other mortuary tasks in accordance with federal, state, and municipal laws and regulations
• Liaise with arrangers to understand the needs and preferences, and ensure that all preparations are carried out accordingly
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, including proper care and storage of personal effects and other items belonging to client families
• Uphold company policies and procedures while providing exemplary customer service

Experience and Educational Requirements:

• Valid current State of Ohio license as an Embalmer and Funeral Director
• Valid current driver's license for the State of Ohio
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of computers and funeral service-related software
• Above-average communication skills
• High level of compassion, integrity, and professionalism
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively as part of a team
