Brooker Insurance is a small Insurance Agency seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our Health Insurance Department. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, working closely with producers and carriers to deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

· Manage the annual group health insurance renewal process from strategy through implementation.

· Provide exceptional day-to-day service and support to employer clients and their employees.

· Coordinate and manage open enrollment meetings, employee education, and enrollment materials.

· Resolve claims, billing, eligibility, and carrier service issues in a timely manner.

· Prepare renewal comparisons, proposals, presentations, and benefit summaries.

· Coordinate implementation of new business and ensure smooth transitions.

Qualifications

· Active Life & Health insurance License required

· Experience in employee benefits account management preferred

· Working knowledge of fully insured, level-funded, and self-funded health plans

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

· Mastery skill level in Microsoft Office Suite
