We are so excited that you’re interested in joining our squad as a mentor, which we call a Big Brother or Big Sister! We operate a one-to-one mentoring program where one volunteer is matched with one child (ages 8-17 living in Cuyahoga County) in a community-based program where matches do activities in the community together.
