Benesch is proud to announce the opening for a Ticketing & Events Coordinator in our Cleveland office! This position is hybrid and has work from home flexibility.
Position Summary:
Do you have experience with being the point person for ticketing and/or events coordination in a marketing, events or hospitality environment? Are you looking for an opportunity to be to put your marketing degree and experience to a more focused use? Then the role of Ticketing & Events Coordinator may be the one you've been looking for! This role is the point person for all the Firm's ticketing inventory and events organziation.
The Ticketing & Events Coordinator will serve as a central resource within the Marketing and Business Development Department and report to the Director of Client Services. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating the firm's ticket inventory across multiple offices, platforms, venues, and time zones (Cleveland, Columbus, Chicago). The coordinator ensures efficient allocation and utilization of tickets to support client engagement, hospitality, and business development initiatives. The position requires a highly organized individual with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and within multiple time zones.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as the primary point of contact for firmwide ticketing requests and allocations.
- Manages the ticket inventory for sporting and client hospitality events, ensuring accurate tracking, timely distribution, and utilization reporting.
- Coordinates with relationship partners, attorneys, and business development staff to align ticket use with client development objectives.
- Oversees the firm ticketing platforms (internal and third-party) to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a consistent user experience.
- Maintains firmwide calendars, guidelines, and procedures for ticket usage to promote fairness, transparency, and alignment with strategic business development goals.
- Provides regular reports and post-event recaps to the Director of Client Services on ticket utilization, participation, and ROI.
- Approves and distributes tickets in a timely manner, make sure food is ordered for venues.
- Troubleshoots and resolves ticketing issues, including last-minute changes and special client requests.
- Orders ad-hoc tickets on a case-by-case basis, approved by Director of Client Services.
- Details and submits all receipts to reconcile credit card for food and tickets in a timely manner via Emburse Enterprise.
- Ability to support events as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, events, hospitality, or client services; law firm or professional services experience preferred. Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills; ability to interact effectively with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ticketing platforms or CRM systems a plus. Flexibility to support evening and weekend events when necessary.
