Clinical Assistant (Multi-Location) Locations: Lakewood, Sheffield, and Medina, OH

Employment Type: Part-Time (Approx. 2 days per week) & PRN

Are you a compassionate, reliable healthcare professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity? We're looking for a Clinical Assistant to join our growing team at Balance Foot & Ankle Wellness Center! In this role, you'll support our providers and patients across our Lakewood, Sheffield, and Medina offices, assisting with clinical procedures, patient care, and administrative tasks.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, values teamwork, and is willing to travel between locations as needed to cover vacations, sick days, or extra busy clinic days.

About Balance Foot & Ankle Wellness Center

Balance Foot & Ankle Wellness Center is a growing and evolving surgical podiatric practice that is family owned and operated. Our patient-centered team cares for a wide range of conditions - from traumatic injuries and congenital issues to diabetic care, wound care, custom orthotics, and in-office procedures. We take pride in providing compassionate, high-quality care in a welcoming environment.

What You'll Do

  • Assist providers with patient exams and in-office procedures
  • Prepare exam rooms and sterilize instruments
  • Record patient medical histories and update EMR documentation accurately
  • Take vital signs and assist with dressing changes, bandaging, and other treatments
  • Support front office tasks such as patient check-in/check-out and scheduling when needed
  • Manage patient flow to ensure an efficient clinic day
  • Travel between assigned offices as scheduled

What We're Looking For

  • Prior experience in a medical office or clinical setting preferred
  • Enthusiasm for learning and providing exceptional patient care
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly to different office environments and workflows
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between offices
  • Medical Assistant or Clinical Assistant training/certification a plus, but not required
