As our operations and team grow, we need an experienced, boots-on-the-ground HR leader who thrives in a collaborative environment and knows how to champion people, workplace safety, and our company values.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding – End-to-end recruitment for Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product Development, Sourcing, and Operations. Workforce planning and job description development. Seamless onboarding and orientation for every new hire.- Culture & Team Relations – Champion team culture through recognition, communication, and events. Own conflict resolution, coaching, and performance management. Track engagement and retention via stay/exit interviews and feedback to leadership.- Safety & Compliance – Captain facility safety protocols, PPE compliance, OSHA logs, incident investigations, and workers’ comp, and the safety committee. Build programs supporting emotional and mental safety alongside physical safety.- HR Systems (Paycor) – Administer Paycor for records, benefits, onboarding, and time-tracking. Keep policies and handbooks compliant with local, state, and federal laws.
