Position Overview:

Apex Skin is a rapidly growing, skincare facility that empowers employees to deliver exceptional patient experiences. We are currently looking for a talented candidate for the role of Aesthetic Service Associate. The Aesthetic Service Associate is responsible for managing the pipeline of calls/inquiries coming in for Aesthetic treatments.

This is a part-time, 24 hour per week position. This position requires legal authorization to work in the US.

Essential Functions

• Educate and strategize to successfully schedule Aesthetic treatments and Acne Clinic patients
• Develop expertise in Apex Aesthetics treatments and Acne for patients, and tailor our aesthetic/acne patients to the correct provider.
• Meet and exceed monthly quotas on patients scheduled % and patient treatments completed for Aesthetic treatments (Conversion and Utilization %)
• Receive inbound calls from potential new patients and field calls from existing aesthetic/acne patients.
• Document and report all potential patients from first call/email to checked out treatment
• Utilize excellent communication and active listening skills to complete day to day tasks
• Responsible for owning and managing pipeline of patients inquiring about our aesthetic treatments, including all ongoing promotions.
• Multi-task and prioritize tasks due to the variety of inquiries coming in from different marketing.
• May be required to travel to other offices

Requirements:

• Strong customer service skills
• Experience scheduling client/patient appointments
• Typing speed of 50 words per minute
• Strong Microsoft Office/Suite experience preferred
• BA/BS/AD/Certification in relevant field
• 1 year experience in dermatological field
• 1 year experience in Aesthetic/Cosmetic field
• 1 year experience of record-keeping
