About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Veterinary Receptionist who is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be the first impression of the hospital, greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
This is a high-impact role where attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to multitask are essential.
What You’ll Do
Client Experience
- Greet clients and patients with a warm, welcoming, and professional approach
- Check clients in and verify all appointment and patient information
- Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and properly documented
- Provide a positive and supportive experience for every client interaction
Scheduling and Communication
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with scheduling, questions, and requests
- Manage appointment flow, including tracking no-shows and updating schedules
- Take and relay messages to doctors and team members
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and staff
Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate client and patient records, including contact and medical information
- Prepare and organize daily paperwork and charts
- Process consent forms and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- Support front desk operations including opening and closing procedures
Team and Hospital Support
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support hospital flow
- Assist in handling emergency situations calmly and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
- Cross-train across front desk responsibilities as needed

Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8-hour shifts
- Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of rotation
Compensation and Benefits
- Starting pay from $15/hour
- Shift differential opportunities available
