About the Role
We’re looking for a full-time Rehab Client Coordinator to support our rehabilitation team and clients. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance multiple priorities while staying organized and detail-oriented.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our rehab clients, helping to schedule appointments, answer questions, and ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Client Support and Scheduling
- Answer incoming calls to schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments
- Provide information on services, pricing, and general clinic questions
- Take and relay messages to doctors and team members
- Assist clients in person with scheduling and appointment needs
- Confirm all appointment details including date, time, doctor, and reason for visit
Administrative Support
- Accurately enter and maintain client and patient information
- Ensure duplicate accounts are not created by thoroughly reviewing records
- Support billing and internal teams with appointment coordination
- Maintain accurate and detailed communication notes
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the rehab team to support scheduling needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally with all team members
- Assist in training new team members when needed
- Support other areas of the hospital as directed

Schedule
- Full-time position
- 8-hour shifts
- Includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as part of rotation
