Overview
The Workflow Administrator I will be interacting primarily with internal business partners making sure that all daily tasks are completed by the department’s service standards previously agreed upon. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced and growing environment. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is flexible, adaptable and maintains workflow. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.
This position will be hybrid out of our Cleveland, OH office.
Responsibilities
- Perform a wide variety of administrative and staff support services.
- Monitor and receive documentation from three sources: Email, Fax, Paper Mail
- Perform high volume data entry functions.
- Ensure all tasks are completed timely, accurately and meets the department’s service standards.
- Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
- May be required to work overtime as assigned.
The expected salary range for this role is $13.00-$19.75/HR.

Qualifications
Required:
- High School Diploma
- Experience conducting high volume of data entry
- Experience working independently or collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Experience solving on the job problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience utilizing interpersonal and teamwork skills
Preferred:
- 2 years’ office experience preferred
