Overview

The Workflow Administrator I will be interacting primarily with internal business partners making sure that all daily tasks are completed by the department’s service standards previously agreed upon. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced and growing environment. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is flexible, adaptable and maintains workflow. Maintains a solid understanding of AmTrust’s mission, vision, and values. Upholds the standards of the AmTrust organization.

This position will be hybrid out of our Cleveland, OH office.

Responsibilities

  1. Perform a wide variety of administrative and staff support services.
  2. Monitor and receive documentation from three sources: Email, Fax, Paper Mail
  3. Perform high volume data entry functions.
  4. Ensure all tasks are completed timely, accurately and meets the department’s service standards.
  5. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.
  6. May be required to work overtime as assigned.

The expected salary range for this role is $13.00-$19.75/HR.

Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience conducting high volume of data entry
  • Experience working independently or collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Experience solving on the job problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience utilizing interpersonal and teamwork skills


Preferred:

  • 2 years’ office experience preferred
