Akkodis is seeking a Hardware Test Engineer for a Contract with a client in Broadview Heights, OH. The ideal candidate will execute test protocols using lab equipment, analyze device behavior, and troubleshoot performance issues while ensuring compliance with design and quality requirements.
Rate Range: $32/Hour to $34/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Hardware Test Engineer Job Responsibilities Include
Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.00 per hour

Requirements

Hardware Test Engineer Job Responsibilities Include
- Execute electrical verification and validation tests based on defined protocols.
- Set up and operate lab equipment including oscilloscopes, DVMs, power supplies, and data loggers.
- Analyze device behavior and performance, especially in embedded system interactions.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and document electrical and functional issues.
- Interpret electrical schematics to ensure testing aligns with design requirements.
- Prepare detailed test reports and provide feedback to support product quality and improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in electrical testing and validation of electronic systems.
- Strong proficiency with lab test equipment (oscilloscope, DVM, power supplies, data loggers) and ability to interpret electrical schematics.
- Experience in embedded system testing with strong troubleshooting, data analysis, and reporting skills.
Pay Details: $32.00 to $34.00 per hour
