Akkodis, Inc. is seeking a 3–6-month temporary Talent Acquisition Partner for an onsite role with a global industry leader near Wickliffe, OH. The Talent Acquisition Partner will facilitate the full life-cycle talent acquisition process through collaboration and partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications include a Bachelor degree and 3 years in full lifecycle recruiting.

Salary Range: $35-37 per hour; salary negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors

Talent Acquisition Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Operate as a collaborative communicator and effective business partner, including education on the process, expectations, and external market data, understanding the role, outreach to a strong diverse pool of candidates through advertisement and talent sourcing, screening and assessing potential talent, making recommendations, following up on feedback, and presenting and negotiating offers of employment.
  • Drive results through the improvement of talent acquisition KPIs as they relate to time to present the hired candidate, quality of hire, and diversity in candidate slates and interview teams.
  • Strive for operational excellence in the TA function, and educate HR Partners, and hiring teams on the process, expectations, and goals for TA.
  • Build individual and functional credibility as a strategic value adding business partner to stakeholders by using market data and TA process education.
  • Identify creative and innovative ways to source and attract quality candidates for hard to fill niche roles in the US.
  • Attend local career fairs in Northeast Ohio – high schools, vocational, community college, and organizations. Assist in scheduling and support with site teams for events outside of NEO.
  • Acting courageously, educating, influencing, and supporting their business groups is imperative for success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle experience in Talent Acquisition for diverse skillset sets within manufacturing, industrial, and/or trades.
  • Experience using sourcing and marketing tools, including Indeed and local school outreach; LinkedIn Recruiter and Handshake experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients – influence and communicate with all levels of leadership and the ability to transform ideas into action for results.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System, preferably SuccessFactors.
  • Agile communicator and influencer, comfortable in a high-change environment, operates with sense of urgency and inclusivity, and the ability to learn and grow.
  • Exemplify leadership capabilities as you will be leading and managing the TA process with their hiring teams.
