Akkodis is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for a Contract with a client in Wickliffe, OH (Onsite). We’re looking for an applicant with a Bachelor’s Degree and strong experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, marketing, and proactive talent hunting. Should have expertise recruiting for operations, engineering (exempt/non-exempt), and commercial/sales roles, while independently managing a high-volume requisition load. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with experience using ATS platforms, Indeed, and LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing. Experience with SuccessFactors is preferred.
Pay Range: $37-$40/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is a must have.
- Communication and stakeholder mgmt are must have.
- Full lifecycle experience, including sourcing and marketing (hunting).
- Should have operations/engineering (exempt/non-exempt) and also commercial/sales.
- Manage a req load individually of 30-ish.
- ATS experience, will train on SuccessFactors; Indeed and LIR sourcing experience.

- As a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS), you'll be at the forefront of our innovation, driving full life cycle talent acquisition process.
- You’ll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility, improve wellbeing and enhance modern life.
- Your work will operate as a collaborative communicator and effective business partner. This includes education on the process, expectations, and external market data, understanding the role, outreach to a strong diverse pool of candidates through advertisement and talent sourcing, screening and assessing potential talent, making recommendations, following up on feedback, and presenting and negotiating offers of employment.
- Manage and facilitate the full life-cycle talent acquisition process through collaboration and partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive results through the improvement of talent acquisition KPIs as they relate to time to present the hired candidate, quality of hire, and diversity in candidate slates and interview teams.
- Strive for operational excellence in the TA function, and educate HR Partners, and hiring teams on the process, expectations, and goals for TA.
- Build individual and functional credibility as a strategic value adding business partner to stakeholders by using market data and TA process education.
- Identify creative and innovative ways to source and attract quality candidates for hard to fill niche roles in the US.
- Acting courageous, educating, influencing, and supporting their business groups is imperative for success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of full lifecycle experience in Talent Acquisition for diverse skillset sets within manufacturing, engineering, and professional roles.
- Experience using sourcing and marketing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Self-motivated and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to apply a consultancy approach, effectively managing expectations of stakeholders and clients – influence and communicate with all levels of leadership and the ability to transform ideas into action for results.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking System, preferably SuccessFactors
- Agile communicator and influencer, comfortable in a high-change environment, operates with sense of urgency and inclusivity, and the ability to learn and grow.
- Exemplify leadership capabilities as you will be leading and managing the TA process with their hiring teams.
- Understanding of EEOC, salary history bans, pay transparency, and other hiring compliance regulations and laws.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- SHRM, AIRS, PHR, or similar certifications are a plus, but not required.
