An IT Analyst job in Brecksville, OH is available courtesy of Akkodis. This is an onsite support position. Must be experienced in computer support and troubleshooting. ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS ARE A MUST – being able to prioritize tickets and support needs as well as inventory organization.

Pay: $26/hour up to $30/hour

IT Analyst Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot PC hardware and software problems; software installations and upgrades
• Log all requests in ticketing system
• Provide accurate and thorough solutions to end user interactions; escalate or transfer incidents as needed
• Provide information to end users regarding the status of their incidents or requests

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or experience will be considered over education
• Strong troubleshooting experience
• Organizational skills are a must – being able to prioritize tickets and support needs
• Ticket management; ticket status and prioritizing them are a must in this role!
• Windows 10; O365; iOS/Android devices;
• Excellent communication
