Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH. You will drive strategic project alignment and operational efficiency by collaborating with stakeholders and delivering actionable insights through reports and dashboards.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and ensure projects align with strategic objectives.

• Schedule and conduct regular meetings with relevant stakeholders and provide timely updates to management on project status.

• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights on operational effectiveness.

• Drive execution of desired strategies and ensure smooth implementation of process improvements.

• Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Ensure compliance and risk management within banking contact center operations while supporting project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (master’s preferred).

• 8–10 years in project management within banking or financial services.

• Proven experience in managing projects in a banking contact center environment.

• Strong ability to create reports and dashboards to provide operational insights and support strategic decisions.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
