Akkodis is seeking a Project Manager for a Contract with a client in Cleveland, OH. You will lead efforts to streamline processes and align projects with strategic objectives by collaborating with stakeholders and delivering actionable insights through reports and dashboards.

Rate Range: $53/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Manager job responsibilities include:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes and ensure projects align with strategic objectives.

• Schedule and conduct regular meetings with relevant stakeholders and provide timely updates to management on project status.

• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights on operational effectiveness.

• Drive execution of desired strategies and support process improvements across business functions.

• Work independently with minimal supervision, managing multiple priorities effectively.

• Ensure compliance and risk management within banking contact center operations while supporting project outcomes.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field (master’s preferred).

• 8–10 years of experience in project management within banking or financial services.

• Proven expertise in project management with the ability to work independently and deliver strategic outcomes.

• Strong knowledge of banking contact center operations and ability to create insightful reports and dashboards.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $56.00 per hour
