AIY Properties owns and manages residential apartment communities throughout Northeast Ohio.

We are hiring a Plumber for our apartment communities in the Cleveland and Akron areas with minimal travel to our apartment communities located near Youngstown. AIY vehicle will be provided! INCLUDES A $5,000 SIGN ON BONUS AFTER 4 MONTHS.

The Plumber must combine strong technical knowledge with a positive and service-oriented attitude. You must be self-motivated and able to stay on-task under pressure, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities throughout your work day. It is also important that you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly the ability to interact effectively with a wide range of different people in a variety of situations.

Requirements for Plumber:

• Thorough knowledge of plumbing systems & the skill set to locate leaks and breaks underground with sound/locator and camera equipment.
• Ability to handle digging, jack hammering and drywall removal regarding wall and floors to expose and repair leaks.
• Must have thorough knowledge of trailer Jetter systems & their upkeep and maintenance.
• Valid Driver's License and experience driving a truck with trailer attached.
• Familiar with ceramic and other mediums of drain tile, Iron pipe, copper, PVC and CPVC.
• Regular and punctual attendance is an essential requirement for this position.
